Mid-Eastern Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel

The 49th Annual MEAEOPP Conference Committee invites vendors to our upcoming regional conference, scheduled for February 15-18, 2026, at Maryland Live in Hanover, Maryland.

The population of attendees at this upcoming event includes TRIO personnel from Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the District of Columbia. TRIO programs serve low-income, first-generation students from middle school through college and beyond.  The TRIO grants are funded by the U.S. Department of Education and provide tutoring, counseling, college awareness programs, summer residential programs, career assessment, research opportunities at the graduate level, and numerous other academic support activities to promote postsecondary enrollment and completion.

The conference is expected to host approximately 200-250 attendees. Vendors' tables will be located in an area that permits frequent and ongoing engagement with conference attendees, who will visit the exhibits during registration, between conference sessions, and during breaks.  A vendor's showcase has also been built into the schedule between 3:00 - 3:30 PM on Monday, February 16, 2026, to encourage attendees to stop by.

The exhibitor area will be open:

• Monday, February 16, 2026 - 8:30 AM to 5 PM

• Tuesday, February 19, 2026 -  8:30 AM to 4 PM
