Mid-Eastern Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel

The 48th Annual MEAEOPP Conference Committee would like to invite vendors to our upcoming regional conference, which will be held from February 16 to February 19, 2025, at the Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, Virginia.

The population of attendees at this upcoming event includes TRIO personnel from Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the District of Columbia.   TRIO programs serve low-income, first-generation students from middle school through college and beyond.  The TRIO grants are funded by the U.S. Department of Education and provide tutoring, counseling, college awareness, summer residential programs, career assessment, research programs at the graduate level, and many more academic support activities to promote postsecondary enrollment and completion.

The conference will host approximately 200 attendees.  Vendors' tables will be located in an area that permits frequent and ongoing engagement with conference attendees, who will visit the exhibits during registration, between conference sessions, and during breaks.  A vendor's showcase has also been built into the schedule between 3:00 - 3:30 PM on Monday, February 17, 2025 to encourage attendees to stop by.

Here are the times when the exhibitor area will be open:

Monday, February 17, 2025: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday, February 19, 2025: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
