Mid-Eastern Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel

The 49th Annual MEAEOPP Conference Planning Committee invites vendors to our upcoming regional conference, scheduled for February 15-18, 2026, at Maryland Live! in Hanover, Maryland.

Attendees at the conference will include TRIO Professionals from Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. TRIO Programs serve low-income, first-generation students from middle school through college and beyond. The U.S. Department of Education funds TRIO Programs to provide tutoring, counseling, college awareness programs, summer residential programs, career assessment, graduate-level research opportunities, and other academic support activities to promote postsecondary enrollment and completion.

Vendors will be located in an area that enables frequent, ongoing engagement with conference attendees, who will visit the exhibits during registration, between sessions, and during breaks.

The exhibitor area will be open:

• Monday, February 16, 2026 - 8:30 AM to 5 PM

• Tuesday, February 19, 2026 -  8:30 AM to 4 PM
