The 2009 Conference Planning Committee is hard at work preparing for the conference which will be held March 29 – April 1, 2009 at the Hilton Oceanfront Hotel in beautiful Virginia Beach, VA.  

Hotel rates are unbelievably low for a second year in a row, at only $119+/night.  A link to make hotel reservations will be available soon. Additionally, early-bird conference rates, for MEAEOPP members only, will be a very reasonable $350 until January 16, 2009.
